Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Please Note:  We currently send items Nationwide within Aotearoa - New Zealand only.

If International delivery is required please contact us for options before ordering through our website.

All our Nationwide sales are sent with Tracking for your security anywhere within New Zealand.

Once an order is processed and sent we will email Tracking information for all orders placed via our website.

Delivery times within New Zealand Nationwide:

We aim to contact and process your order within 1- 2 business working days.

Delivery times from when an order is processed is within 2-3 business days for New Zealand urban addresses not including weekends or public holidays. 

Rural addresses (RD) within New Zealand can take 3-5 business days not including weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimated and are beyond our control if delays occur while in transit.

Incorrect Address Entry: We kindly remind customers to  double-check their shipping address before completing their order. Born to be BoHo is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address or lost due to customer error.  Please ensure the accuracy of your Delivery details  to avoid any inconvenience.

Returns:

Please consider your order carefully as we have a no return/refund policy if you have simply changed your mind.  If you have received faulty or damaged goods please read below.

Refunds:

Our aim is to provide high quality products.  Therefore if the item matches the description by 

Born to be BoHo and the buyer has a change of mind Born to be BoHo is not responsible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Order cancellations must be done before items have shipped, otherwise the transaction is considered finalized.

Faulty/Damaged goods:

Please email us directly at borntobeboho@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s) if they are faulty or damaged in transit.   We will require photo evidence and a description of the issue.  

We also require proof of purchase before proceeding.

We will then contact via email and provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. 

Decisions will be made on a case by case basis by Born to be BoHo.
